摘要
[目的]探讨癫痫病人生活质量(QOL)及其影响因素,以寻找提高其生活质量的护理对策。[方法]选取门诊就诊癫痫病人56例和健康者46例,采用癫痫病人生活质量量表-31(QOLIE-31)对研究对象进行测试,对癫痫组病人进行针对性护理干预。并了解癫痫病人的抑郁状况。[结果]癫痫病人QOL各项得分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);伴有抑郁的癫痫病人对发作的担忧、情绪健康、精力/疲乏和总体健康水平得分明显低于不伴有抑郁的癫痫病人(P<0.05);服用1种抗癫痫药物的病人比服用1种以上的病人在对发作的担忧、综合生活质量、情绪健康、药物影响及总体健康水平得分显著升高(P<0.05);护理干预后癫痫病人的情绪健康、认知功能、社会功能提高。[结论]癫痫病人的生活质量显著降低;伴有抑郁和服用多种抗癫痫药物对病人的生活质量影响较大,护理干预能提高病人的生活质量。
Objective:To probe into the quality of life of epilepsy patients and its influencing factors to find out nursing strategies for enhancing the quality of life of them. Methods: A total of 56 epilepsy patients and 46 healthy volunteers were selected and investigated by adopting rating scales of quality of life in epilepsy- 31 (QOLIE- 31). Corresponding nursing intervention were carried out for patients in epilepsy group. And the depression status of epilepsy patients had been inquired. Results: Compared with the control group, every QOL scores were markedly lower in epilepsy group (P〈0. 05). The scores in epilepsy patients with depression were lower than those without depression in aspects of worrying about seizure attack,emotional health, cognitive function, energy/fatigue and the overall health level (P〈0.05). The scores in patients treated with mono - drug therapy were markedly lower than those with poly - drug therapy in aspects of worrying about seizure attack, comprehensive living quality, emotional health,impact of drug,and the overall health level (P〈0.05). After nursing intervention, emotional health, cognitive function and social function of epilepsy patients have enhanced markedly. Conclusion: The quality of life of epilepsy patients is markedly lowered. Complicating with depression and orally taking two or more anti - epileptic drugs of epilepsy patients have strong influence on their living quality. And the quality of life of epilepsy patients can be well enhanced by nursing intervention.
