阐述了电厂煤质化验室的安全与风险控制方案,重点介绍了试验室安全政策及目标、管理者责任、员工责任及风险意识、工作安全分析、变化管理、应急预防和处理、事故报告制度等内容。
The safety and risk control scheme of coal analysis laboratory in power plant were presented in this paper, and the main contents, such as safety policy and goal, managers＂ responsibility, employees＂ responsibility and risk consciousness, safety analysis of work, change management, emergency prevention and treatment, system of accident report and etc were introduced.
