摘要
目的:评价三种检验方法诊断阴道念珠菌病的价值。方法:同时用湿片镜检法、革兰染色法、CHROM培养法对临床拟诊的380例阴道分泌物检测进行比较。结果:湿片镜检法与革兰染色法比较P<0.01,与CHROM培养法比较P<0.005,革兰染色法与CHROM培养法比较P>0.05,但个别标本间两法阳性率存在差异。结论:革兰染色法检测念珠菌具有快速、简便、检出率高等特点,CHROM培养法检出率高,可将念珠菌鉴定到菌种,但用时较长,两法结合使用,可优点互补。
Objective： to evaluate the three common methods in diagnosis of vaginal candidiasis. Methods： samples of vaginal secret from 380 patients were observed simultaneously by wet mount, Gram stain and were cultivated on CHRoMagar. Results： Gram-stain method positive rate was higher than the wet mount examination （p〈0.01）, CHRoMagar culture positive rate was higher than the wet mount examination （p〈0.05）, CHRoMagar culture positive rate was not higher compared to Gram-stain method （p 〉0.05）. Conclusion： Gram-stain microscopic examination is a rapid and simple method for detection of candida with high positive rate. CHRoMagar culture shows higher positive rate with species identification, though it is not so rapid. Using the two methods simultaneously may improve positive rate.
