摘要
目的:评价内镜下治疗大肠息肉的疗效及安全性。方法:对121例大肠息肉根据其大小、部位及分型,采用不同的内镜下治疗方法,术后定期随访,观察是否复发或癌变。结果:内镜下治疗121例大肠息肉,均全部切除,未发生严重并发症。结论:内镜下治疗大肠息肉安全、创伤小、疗效满意。
Objective： evaluation of endoscopic treatment of colorectal polyps efficacy and safety of the method. Methods： 121 cases of colorectal polyps were treated with different endoscopic according to its size, location and type, regular follow-up after operation to observe the recurrence of the cancer. Results： endoscopic treatment of 121 cases of colorectal polyps, were all with no serious complications. Corwlusion： Endoscopic treatment of eolorectal polyps is safe, with less trauma and satisfactory result.
