摘要
目的:比较TP-ELISA、TP-PA、TRUST、三种梅毒检测方法,选择一种适合住院的手术前和输血前病人梅毒筛查方法。方法:以TP-ELISA法检测住院患者标本2138例,TP-ELISA阳性者以TP-PA确认,并检测TRUST。结果:共检出TP-ELISA阳性32例,检出率为1.49%。其中TP-ELISA阳性、TP-PA阳性31例,符合率96.8%;TP-ELISA阳性、TP-PA阴性1例,TP-ELISA假阳性率为3.2%。31例TP-PA阳性标本中检出TRUST阳性18例,检出率58.1%(18/31);其余13例TRUST阴性,未检出率41.9%(13/31)。结论:TP-ELISA是住院病人手术前和输血前梅毒筛查的理想方法。
Objective： compare three kinds of syphilises examination methods, namely TP-ELISA,TRUST and TPPA and choose the best one for large quantity measure of syphilises screen test. Methods： using TP-ELISA to exam 2138 patients＇ sample who are in hospital. TP-ELISA positive samples confirm with TP-PA, also be tested in TRUST. Results： In total TP-ELISA positive sample are 32, positive rate is 1.49%. Both TP-ELISA and TPPA positive samples are 31, confirm rate is 96.8%. TP-ELISA positive but TPPA negative samples are three, TP-ELISA false positive rate is 3.2%. Among TP-PA positive samples, TRUST positive samples are 18 , taking up 58.1%（18/31）,the other13 samples＇ TRUST results are negative, taking up 41.9%（13/31）. Conclusion： TPELISA is more suitable than TRUST to be used in syphilises screen test of the hospitalization crow.
