摘要
做出斜齿分阶式双渐开线齿轮的硅橡胶模型和环氧树脂试件,设计制造加载装置,应用冻结切片三维光弹性试验法首次对该齿轮的弯曲应力进行了试验研究和应力分析,与理论分析结果比较,光弹性测试的应力小10.6%.
After preparing a silicon rubber gear model,the corresponding epoxy resin test sample of a double involute gear with laddershaped teeth and the clamping apparatus,bending stresses of the teeth based on three dimensional photoelastic experiment are analyzed by freezing slice method for the first time.Comparison between the experiment and the theoretical calculation is made.The result shows that the stress value of the photoelastic experiment is about 10.6% less.
