摘要
在散堆填料塔中以乙酸钠和添加剂为吸收剂,进行了净化甲苯废气的实验研究。考察了乙酸钠浓度、添加剂、空塔气速以及液气比对含甲苯废气去除效果的影响,从而确定了最佳工艺条件。
Experiment study on purification of waste gas containing toluene using sodium acetate and additives had been carried out in bulk packing tower. The influences of concentration of sodium acetate solution, additives, gas flow velocity, and liquid-to-gas volume ratio on absorption efficiency of toluene were systematically investigated, and the optimal operation condition was established.
