摘要
新的海绵取心系统综合采用了泥浆侵入性低的岩心钻头和内岩心筒内的海绵衬管等特殊技术,使得在取心过程中岩心受泥浆污染的程度降至最低,并可以取得比预计要高一倍的原油饱和度资料和其它较精确的储层资料。这些资料可以用来鉴别适宜二次或三次采油的油层、油水界面以及过渡带等。该系统结构简单、无故障、成本低,使用方法与常规取心相似,无风险。
This paper introduces a new coring technique,or sponge coring. As the system uses some specialized techniques such as low invasion core bit and sponge liner in inner tube etc. The core invasion by the drilling fluid is reduced to minimum, and the system can gain twice as much oil saturation data from your budget and other more accurate reservoir data. This data enables identification of oil zones for secondary and tertiary recovery,oil / water contacts, and transition zones etc. This system has simple structure, less trouble, lower cost.The using way is similar to conventional coring,and has no risk.
