遥控高压爆炸机有线远程通信单元的设计

摘要 以往多种爆炸机的编码器和译码器通信多采用调制 /解调方法 ,设计复杂、硬件费用大。文章在介绍新型远程通信器件SN75 176的主要性能与逻辑关系的基础上 ,详细阐述了用 80C31型单片机做编、译码器的控制芯片 ,采用SN75 176设计出的通信电路的工作原理以及通信程序的设计。在不降低精度的前提下 ,可大大节省硬件的费用 。 The communication circuit on coder and decoder of some blaster systems always use the modulate/demodulate technique for a long time,so the design of circuit is very complicated and much expenses of hardware.Based on the introduction of the main performances and logical relation of an advanced remote communication component SN75176,the working principle and communication programs of the communication circuit structure of new style blaster system which use Intel 80C31 as the controller of coder and decoder,SN75176 as the communication chip are stated in detail.On the premise of not reducing accuracy,the expenses of handware are decreased very much and the period of design is shortened.
