摘要 管道内壁面涂敷一层亲水/疏油的光滑涂层,可防止蜡的附着。涂层表面化学结构影响着涂层与液体石蜡间的接触角,表面的聚四氟乙烯和有机硅氧烷较多时,涂层与油的润湿性较差。涂层表面具有较低的色散分量和高的极性分量,反应出非极性的液体与具有较低表面能色散分量的极性涂层表面有较大的接触角。 A smooth hydrophilic/oleopholic coating on the inner pipeline can prevent paraffin adher adherence. The contact angle between coating and liquid paraffin is effected by the chemical structure of coating surface. The wettability between coating and oil is worse when there are more polytetrafluoroethtyene and organosiloxane in the coating surface. Coating surface has less dispersion component and higher polar component. It shows that there exists a bigger contact angle between non- polar liquid and polar coating surface with less dispersion component of surface energy.
