摘要
农村环境保护是新农村建设的重要内容,然而当前的农村环境污染问题已经危及到了农业生产和农民生活,制约了农村经济的发展。农村环境污染问题的成因是多方面的,既有经济发展不足、科技水平较低的经济因素,也有监管薄弱、投入不足等社会因素,还有环保意识不强等深刻的文化因素。要解决这些问题应采取提高农民环保意识,强化科技支撑力度和加大资金投入等对策。
Rural environmental conservation is an important issue of the construction of new countryside. However, the problem of rural environment pollution has endangered agricultural production and farmers＇ life, and restricted the development of rural economy. The causes of rural environment pollution are various, including economic factors of underdeveloped economy and lower level of science, as well as political factors of weak supervision and inadequate investment, and profound social and cultural factors of imperfect environmental consciousness. To solve these problems, farmers＇ environmental awareness should be improved, technical support should be strengthened and capital investment should be enlarged.
