摘要
随着我国市场经济的不断完善和发展,民营经济已成为支撑和推动我国经济增长的重要力量。由于新组建民营集团在人才资源管理方面缺乏创新,影响了集团人才队伍的建立和稳定。本文主要对新组建民营集团实施知识管理与人才资源管理创新进行研究。
With constant perfect and development of operation of China Market Economy, private economy has become the important forces of supporting and promoting Chinese economic growth. Due to being lack of innovation regarding personnel resource management of newly built private group, the team establishment and stability has been influenced. The text mainly researches on the implementation of knowledge management and innovation of personnel resource management.
