打破员工沉默 被引量:2

摘要 在组织中有一股强大的力量,它会普遍地使员工有意地不发表与工作有关信息、问题或观点。我们把这种现象称之为"员工沉默"。员工沉默极大地限制了组织的发展,文章系统地探讨了员工沉默的内涵与特点,并提出了员工沉默的干预策略,打破沉默,才能使组织得到有效的维护和发展。
