摘要
建立河北产淡豆豉黄酮类成分HPLC指纹图谱,控制淡豆豉的质量。采用3%冰乙酸-乙腈,梯度洗脱的方法进行色谱分离,对各色谱峰进行数据处理,得出淡豆豉的指纹图谱。标定了淡豆豉13个共有峰,且共有峰重现性良好。采用HPLC方法制定的淡豆豉的指纹图谱,可用于淡豆豉的质量评价。
To establish fingerprint chromatographic of flavonoids components in Semen Sojae Praeparatum in Hebei Province by HPLC and control its quality. Gradient elution of 3% acetic acid - acetonitril was applied to chromatographic peaks separation and data were analyzed to develop HPLC fingerprint analysis of Semen Sojae Praeparatum. Thirteen peaks were demarcated in Semen Sojae Praeparatum and they were all reapeatable. The HPLC fingerprint can be used to evaluate the quality of Semen Sojae Praeparatum.
