摘要
文章全面分析了国内外数据库建设现状和图书馆在数据库市场竞争中的现状,阐述了图书馆要扬长避短、发挥优势,与竞争对手在合作与竞争中求得发展的理念,提出了图书馆必须确立建立具有综合支持能力的国家信息化核心机构的目标。
The article analyzed the present situation of a domestic and international database construction and library completely in the database market the competition,elaborated that the library should avoid short,exertive advantage,beg the principle of the development with rival in cooperate with compete,put forward the library and establish the target of the national information-based on core organization of comprehensive support ability.
