摘要
传统的飞航导弹检测技术多以稳态性能测试为主,系统配套性、通用性、可靠性差,检测精度低;为此,以舵机控制系统参数辨识为基础,从控制系统分析、设计和动态性能评估的角度出发,提出了基于虚拟仪器和PXI总线技术的飞航导弹动态性能检测方案;并结合信号特性对系统的总体技术结构进行了分析,介绍了软硬件设计方法;使用证明,该系统工作可靠、检测精度高、可扩展性强,能够满足多型飞航导弹动态性能的测试需要。
There are poor dependability, generality, testing precision in the traditional missile test systems, which mainly depend on static measuremant. So on the basis of the parameter identification of control model in the actuator system, a scheme of an automatic test system based on Ⅵ and PXI bus is suggested for the purpose of analyzing, designing and evaluating the missile control system dynamically. According to the characters of the signals, the total technical construction of the system is analysed, and the design method of software & hardware is described. The application has proved that this system has excellent performances in dependability, testing precision and extensibility, and can satisfy the dynamic measuring technical needs of several types of missile weapon systems.
