摘要
由于水泥生产线工作环境恶劣、自动化程度不高,严重影响操作人员的健康,同时给操作带来困难;为了解决这些问题,设计一套智能监控系统十分必要;为此提出了一种将集散计算机控制系统(DCS)与可编程控制器(PLC)融合为一体的过程自动化与信息管理自动化相结合的新型综合集散控制系统——水泥生产过程控制系统;并结合府谷水泥生产线实时监控系统,给出了控制系统的硬件结构设计以及各个部分的软件设计。
Because of the working condition of cement product line is poor, it greatly impacts worker＇s health, and it is hard for worker to operate. So it is necessary to design a monitoring system. A new type of DCS cement system based on the combination of normal DCS theory and PLC technology is put forward, which is also combined the process automation and the information management automation. This paper takes the real-time monitoring system for cement product line in Fugu as an example, introduces principle hardware and software of monitoring system based on PLC.
