摘要
介绍了一种基于PLC的锅炉SCADA系统设计与应用,针对工业锅炉的特点,给出了相应的控制策略;该系统由上位机和下位机两大部分组成,上位机与下位机通过现场总线网络连接,而且结合现场控制设备的实际分布采用集中或分布式灵活的布置方式,最大程度满足工艺生产和用户需求;系统将可编程序控制器、组态软件与工业控制计算机相结合,实现了汽包水位、炉膛负压、蒸汽压力自动控制,以达到节能增效,促进企业生产管理的信息化建设,提高企业竞争力的目的。
Design and application of boiler SCADA System is introduced based on PLC. Some control methods are presented for characteristics of industrial boilers. The system includes the upper supervisory(US) and lower computer(LC). PROFIBUS network connect US and LC.The system combines PLC.Configure software with industrial control computer, automatic control of feed water, minus pressure of hearth and the pressure of the steam are realized, so as to economize energy, increase profits, promote the construction of information management, and improve the competitive ability of corporation.
