摘要
目的:建立罗汉降糖颗粒中罗汉果甜苷的含量的测定方法。方法:采用分光光度法,经香草醛—高氯酸显色,于590nm处对罗汉果甜苷进行测定。结果:罗汉果甜苷在40200μg~200μg,范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.997。平均回收率为100.6%,RSD为2.46%(n=6)。结论:方法简便准确,重复性好,可作为罗汉降糖颗粒的含量测定方法。
Objective:To esteblish the method of determining Mogroside V in Luohan Jiangtang Granules by spectrophotometry. Methods :The content of Mogroside V was determined by spectrophotometry after vanillin- perchloricacid used as developer. The detection wavelength was 590nm. Results :The linear relationship of Mogroside V was at the range of 40 - 200μg ( r = 0. 997 ). The average recovery of Mogroside V was 100.6% ,and RSD was 2.46% ( n = 6). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and repeatability. The method can be used for quality control for Luohan Jiangtang Granules.
