摘要
针对目前仓储系统中货箱级RFID解决方案无法满足以小型货物为主的纸箱级仓储系统需求,提出一套可有效利用RFID技术以提高纸箱级仓储工作效率的解决方案。方案在固定式读写器的基础上加上了手持终端的RFID读写器,并且设计了相关的工作流程。经过控制中心的协调和调度,固定式读写器和手持终端读写器相互配合工作,完成入库、出库和盘点这三个仓储基本操作。
In response to the situation that container-level RFID warehouse system solution cannot meet the requirement of box-level RFID warehouse system which is used for small article storage, this paper present a solution, which fully used RFID technology to improve the efficiency of warehouse system. Based on fixed reader, it is also make use of mobile RFID reader as an addition. Moreover it presents a new workflow that controlled by management center, fixed readers cooperate with mobile readers for goods receiving, goods exporting and goods inventory which are the three foundational functions of warehouse system.
