摘要
农村城镇化进程的加快势必意味着农村集体土地被大量征用,但现行的征地补偿办法和补偿标准不能从根本上解除失地农民的后顾之忧。同时,随着农村现代化水平的提高,农村现行经济管理体制中不适应生产力发展的部分逐渐显露,矛盾突出。这些矛盾,又较集中地表现在土地的使用和管理上。为解决以上问题,本文对农村城镇化进程中的土地经营模式进行了研究,提出农村土地股份制并从经济、法律两个方面对其可行性进行分析。
With the quickening process of rural urbanization, more rural collective-owned land has being required. But the current land requisition compensation standards and methods can not basically solve the problems of land-requisitioned farmers. Meanwhile, with the improvement of rural modernization, the problems that can not correspond with producity in the current rurual economic system become more serious.The problems focus on land usage and management. To solve the problems above, this article analyzes the land management patterns in the course of urbanization of countries,proposes the land stock system and do feasibility analysis from economic and law aspect, in order to obtain the significance and effect of land stock system.
