摘要
西部新农村建设是我国新农村建设的重点和难点,如何在西部农村实现"管理民主",有赖于一个良好的治理模式。基于此,课题组在西部八省(市)进行了长达一年时间的新农村治理的调查研究,试图从多元合作治理视角出发审视西部新农村建设,并提出构建西部农村多元合作治理模式的对策建议。
Building a new countryside in west is China＇s new rural construction focus. How to achieve the democratic management of western rural areas depends on a good governance model. Based on this, the group has spent one year in investigating the new rural governance in eight western provinces, attempting to look at the western governance from the perspective of the multifaceted cooperation. At last, the group makes recommendations of the pluralistic cooperative governance model in western rural areas.
