发芽条件提高南瓜籽中亚油酸含量的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以发芽率为80%的南瓜籽为原料,采用超临界CO2萃取法提取南瓜籽油,采用气相色谱法对南瓜籽油中的亚油酸含量进行测定,研究发芽条件对南瓜籽中亚油酸含量的影响,通过对发芽前后提取的南瓜籽油中亚油酸的含量进行对比。结果表明:南瓜籽发芽条件为:当发芽温度为28℃,发芽时间为4 d,浸泡时间为5 h,其游离脂肪中的亚油酸含量提高了13.23%。 Pumpkin seeds with germination rate of 80 % was used as raw material, pumpkin seed oil was extracted by supereritical CO2. Determining the content of linoleic acid of the pumpkin seed oil by gas chromatography, the linoleic acid content was compared before and after germination in order to estimate the influence of germination on the linoleic acid content in pumpkin seeds. Results show that the linoleic acid in fat increases by 13.23% after conducting germination under conditions as follows: germination temperature 28 ℃, germination time 4d, and soaking time 5 h.
