摘要 以亚麻籽为原料,采用超声波辅助法提取亚麻籽油,研究超声波处理参数对亚麻籽油出油率的影响。结果表明,超声波辅助提取条件对出油率有影响。随着粒度的减小、料液比的降低、超声波处理时间的延长、功率的增大以及浸提温度的升高,出油率呈上升趋势。提取温度对出油率的影响达到显著水平,而超声波处理时间和料液比对出油率的影响不显著,但均大于超声波功率的影响。优化工艺条件为超声波处理温度40℃、超声波处理时间20 min、超声波功率240 W、料液比1∶8(W/V),其出油率为39.57%。超声波辅助提取是一种有效的油脂提取方法。 With flaxseeds as raw material, the ultrasonic - assisted extraction of flaxseed oil is studied. The effects of some extraction parameters such as fragmentation size, solid/solvent ratio, extraction temperature, ultrasonic power and extraction time on the extraction rate of flaxseed oil have been investigated. Results: With the decrease of fragmentation size and solid)solvent ratio, and with the increase of extraction time, ultrasonic power and extraction temperature, the oil extraction rate trends upward. The influence of extraction temperature on the oil extraction rate is significant; the impacts of fragmentation size and extraction time are not significant, but are both higher than the impact of ultrasonic power. The optimal extraction conditions of flaxseed oil are extraction temperature 40 ℃, extraction time 20 rain, ultrasonic power 240 W and solid/solvent 1:8 (W/V), and the oil extraction rate is 39.57%. The ultrasonic- assisted extraction would be an effective method for oil extraction.
