摘要
在中国特有的政治、经济、文化背景下,中国家族企业逐渐形成了具有鲜明特征的家族化管理模式,这种模式适应了我国现阶段的经营环境,但随着家族企业的发展壮大和市场经济体制逐步走向成熟,它的局限性也越来越明显,成为家族企业人力资源管理的瓶颈。由于管理日益复杂化、专业化以及经济全球化浪潮的冲击,在企业内部又出现了许多新的情况,必须要进行管理创新,重新建立科学合理的现代人力资源管理模式。
Under the Chinese unique politics, economy and culture, Chinese Family firm had gradually formed the family management pattern with distinct characteristics. This kind of pattern adapted our country's present business condition. However, along with Family firm's growing strong, as well as the market economic system moving toward mature gradually, the limitation of family management pattern is getting more and more obvious. Because of the complication and specialization of management, as well as the impact of economic globalization tide, Family firm must carry on the management innovation, and establish the scientific and reasonable modern human resources management pattern.
