摘要
按照建立社会主义市场经济体制的要求,提高绩效成为出版业可持续发展的基点。不同行业的企业有着不同的内外部环境,相互之间的绩效考核指标体系也不能生搬硬套,针对出版业的行业特性总结出一套适合它的绩效考核指标体系是理论界和政府主管部门应当高度关注的问题。本文从经济效益和社会效益两个方面对出版业绩效考核指标体系进行了初步探讨,剖析了绩效考核评价中存在的问题,设计出一套出版业绩效考核评价指标体系,以期有助于政府职能部门对出版企业发展的宏观调控。
In accordance with the establishment of a socialist market economic system, improving the performance of the publishing industry has become the basis for sustainable development. Because of different internal and external environments, performance evaluation index system of enterprises in different sectors can not be applied mechanically. It should be paid much attention for theory fields and government departments to design a set of suitable indicators of performance evaluation system according to the specific features of publishing industry. In this paper, performance evaluation index system of the publishing industry is explored preliminarily from economic and social benefits. And then, this paper analyzes some problems existed in the performance evaluation. In order to facilitate macro - control of government departments to the publishing enterprise development, this paper also proposes a set of sujtable indicators of performance evaluation system.
