摘要 目的:探讨神经外科重症监护病房(ICU)肺部感染病原菌的分布及其耐药性,指导选用有效抗生素,分析易感因素,探讨防治方法。方法:回顾性调查分析ICU内发生101例肺部感染患者细菌培养及药敏结果,并分析其临床易感因素。结果:药敏检测结果显示,致病菌主要为G-杆菌,普遍呈多重耐药性。且ICU的患者具有引发肺部感染的特殊因素。结论:定期分析总结肺部感染细菌的分布及变迁规律,对于正确选择敏感抗生素,治疗感染具有重要意义。同时,应做好基础治疗和护理。 Objective: The discussion neurosurgery department critically ill guardianship hospital ward (ICU) the lungs infect disease germ's distribution and the drug resistance, the instruction select the effective antibiotic, analyzes the easy feeling factor, the discussion prevention method, Methods: In review diagnosis tCU has 101 example lungs to infect the patient bacillicutture and the medicine sensitive result, and analyzes its clinical easy feeling faetor. Results: The medicine sensitive test result showed that the pathogenic bacteria is mainly the G- bacillus, assumes the multiple drug resistances generally. And the ICU patient has initiates the special factor which the lungs infect. Conclusions: The periodic analysis summary lungs infect bacterium's distribution and the vicissitude rule. regarding the correct choice sensitive antibiotic, the treatment infects to have the important meaning. At the same time. should complete the foundation treatment and nursing.
