摘要
目的:探讨胰腺损伤的诊断及治疗经验。方法:回顾性分析18例胰腺损伤患者,其中4例为单纯胰腺损伤,其余14例为复合伤的临床资料。结果:18例中14例合并伴发伤;CT诊断符合率75.0%,17例行手术治疗;共8例(47.0%)出现并发症,其中胰漏3例,治愈16例,死亡2例。结论:本病早期诊断困难,伴发伤多,并发症发生率及死亡率高。剖腹探查是诊断的主要方法,及时手术,术后积极防止并发症是提高治愈关键。
Objective：To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic trauma.Methods, Clinical data of 18 cases with pancreatic injury were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Among the 18 Patients ,14 cases were associated with other organ injuries.The accordance rate of CT diagnosis was 75.0 % .Operation was performed in 17 eases;Complications were occurred on 8 cases （47.0 %）,which included 3 cases of pancreas fistula. 16 cases were cured;and 2 diedl Conclusions： Early diagnosis of pancreatic trauma is difficult,the rates of complication morbidity and mortality were high.Exploratory ceilotomy is the most reliable method for diagnosis pancreatic trauma. The rational operation and postoperative complications should be treated promptly.
