文章介绍了用一根信号线将发送节点和接收节点连接起来,通过硬件中断来同步两个节点的时钟,使用8254可编程计数器进行计时,计时精度达lPS;使用IPX协议接口来传输数据,在不同负载下以不同间隔传输不同大小数据包时,测试了100Base-T快速以太网的传输延迟的大小,并对测试结果进行了分析。
To accurately test the transfer delay of 100Base-T fast Ethernet network, we use a signal wire to direct1y connect the sending node and the receiving node.Counter of 8254 is used for counting time, and time accuracy is 1μs. We use IPXprotocol interface to trans feF data, and test various transfer delay values in different conditions.At last an analysis over thesetest data is given.
