摘要
总结了1例严重的颅颌面畸形——先天性双侧颧骨上颌骨大部分缺如患者的护理体会。由于治疗过程长而复杂,术前术后需制定详细的治疗、护理计划。其中,心理护理是确保患者积极配合治疗的基础,牵引护理是矫正畸形的重要步骤,移植瓣、切口和口腔护理是保证术后顺利恢复的关键。
The paper summarized the perioperative nursing of a case with severe congenital craniofacial deformity with bilateral zygomatic and maxillary absence. Mental care throughout the entire process,postoperative traction care,proper nursing care of fibular compound flap and mouth were important for patients to recover.
