摘要
目的探讨医务人员对医院暴力发生前的先兆经历,为预防医院暴力并制定干预措施提供依据。方法采用质性研究中现象学方法,对15名遭受过医院暴力的医务人员进行访谈。结果遭受医院暴力前存在的主要问题有:缺乏医患沟通、工作环节不完善、患方期望与现实有差距、医方繁忙与患方等待、医疗费用过高等多方面的不足。结论为避免发生医院暴力,需要医方、患方、医院及社会的共同努力,采取有效的措施对先兆现象进行干预。
Objective To study the experiences of medical staff who suffered workplace violence about the portent of occurrences and provide data for developing interventions to prevent workplace violence. Methods Using qualitative research methods, 15 medical staff suffered workplace violence were interviewed. Results Before suffering the hospital workplace violence,there existed following problems:lack of physician-patient communication,unperfected work procedure,the gap between patients' expectations and reality ,the situation between busy hospital staff and waiting patients ,expensive medical expenses and so on. Conclusion In order to avoid hospital workplace violence ,the hospital staff,the patients and the hospital administrator should work together to take effective measures.
