摘要
通过对欧洲再生资源利用与循环经济的实地考察和交流,就欧洲部分国家再生资源利用与循环经济发展的历史、法律法规体系与管理体制作了介绍,提出可供我国在再生资源利用与循环经方面借鉴的经验和启示。
Based on the on-site visit renewable resources and circular economy, and exchange for utilization of European the history, laws and regulations system and management system of utilization of European renewable resources and circular economy development were introduced, the experience and inspiration were put for- ward as reference for utilization of renewable resources and circular eeonomy in our country.
