落实农机购置补贴政策是农机推广部门的重要工作内容。介绍盘山县农机购置补贴政策的实施情况,分析农机购置补贴政策的实施效果,论述现有政策环境下做好农机推广工作的措施,即农机推广内容要与农机补贴目录、当地实际需要和农机补贴政策相结合。
It is an important job for agricultural machinery promotion departments to implement the policy of offering subsidy to the purchase of agricultural machinery. This article discussed this practice in Panshan, analyzed the effect of this policy and put forward effective measures under this setting, namely, the promotion of agricultural machinery, should be combined with the subsidy contents, the real need in the locality and the subsidy policy.
