摘要
目的建立康妇炎胶囊的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱(TLC)法对处方中的香附、当归、川芎、苍术、延胡索进行鉴别,用高效液相色谱(H PLC)法对芍药苷含量进行测定。结果定性鉴别专属性强;定量分析分离度好,且阴性无干扰,芍药苷进样量的线性范围为0.6875～4.1250μg(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.86%,RSD=0.52%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便易行,准确度高,重现性好,可用于康妇炎胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Kangfuyan Capsule. Methods Rhizoma Copydalis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Cortex Periplocae were identified by TLC. The content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. Results TLC spots developed were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference. The linear range of paeoniflorin was in the range of 0. 687 5 - 4. 125 0 μg, r = 0. 999 8, the average recovery rate was 99.86%, RSD = 0. 52% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and credible. It can be used for the quality control of Kangfuyan Capsule.
