摘要
论文通过对河北科技师范学院部分学生的问卷调查及个别座谈,初步总结了当前大学生职业生涯规划中存在的主要问题,分析了问题的原因。并针对上述问题论述了改善大学生职业生涯规划的措施,即大学生自身必须深入了解和认识自我,将职业规划与实际行动相结合以提高自身综合素质;高校方面应加强职业生涯规划课程建设、加强指导教师队伍建设、建立职业咨询指导与测评服务机构,建立并完善大学生职业生涯规划的实践锻炼体系等。
By means of questionnaire survey and individual talk, the main problems are summarized, which is based on the investigation of college students of Hebei Normal University of Science ＆ Technology. The reasons are analyzed. The improving measures of professional career program of college students are discussed according to these problems. The following points are given in respect of college students： understand self-understanding in depth, and improve the overall quality of students through the combination of career planning with practical action. The following points are pointed out in terms of college： strengthen the construction of career planning curriculum and of career planning guidance teachers, establish vocational guidance and assessment consulting services, establish and improve practice and training system of career planning of college students.
