基于矢量控制的交流伺服进给系统建模

摘要 为了提高数控进给系统的伺服精度,提出用矢量控制的方法控制伺服电机,建立交流伺服系统数学模型.研究结果表明,矢量控制法使电机机械特性线性度明显提高且起动力矩增大,使交流电机达到直流电机的控制效果;交流伺服系统数学模型的建立,完成了伺服系统的动、静态性能分析的前期工作,在数学建模中引入PID调节概念,使提高进给系统各性能指标的参数调整原则可以按PID调节理论进行. In order to improve servo accuracy of NC machine tool feeding system, a method of vector control was put forward for servo-motor control and the mathematical model of AC servo system was set up. Research result showed that this method has remarkably enhanced the linearity of the motor's mechanical characteristics and improved its starting torque, making the controlling effect of AC motor similar to that of DC one. The preliminary analysis work of dynamic and static performances of the servo system could be completed by using the mathematical model established, where the concept of PID control was introduced, so that the parameter regulation of all performance indices of feeding system could be improved in terms of PID regulation theory.
