摘要
借助DEFORM-3D软件对圆型纯铜试样的ECAP变形行为进行有限元模拟,分析试样沿A、Ba、Bc及C路径各经9道次变形后的等效应变规律及变形均匀性.结果表明,试样沿Bc路径挤压后等效应变值最接近理论应变值,沿A路径挤压后等效应变值偏离理论应变值最大;试样沿Bc路径挤压变形均匀性最好,Ba路径次之,沿C路径挤压变形均匀性较差,A路径最差.
The deformation behavior of a round pure copper sample in the case of ECAP was simulated with finite elements by software DEFORM-3D. The equivalent strain pattern and deformation uniformity of the sample along the path A, Ba, Be, and C and after nine passes were analyzed. The results showed that the value of equivalent strain by the end of extrusion along the path Be was the most approximate to the theoretical value and, along the path A, that value was deviated most from the value of theoretical strain; the homogeneous deformation of the sample was obtained by extrusion along the path Bc; along the path Ba it was worse, as along the path C it was even worse, and worse, and along the path A it was the worst.
