摘要
电力系统的运行状态随负荷大小不断变化,某一时间断面下的单组运行数据不能反映电网整个时间段的运行状况。为了提高评价的全局性,根据负荷的变化采用多组运行数据、双重权重对配电网的经济性进行评估。首先根据负荷变化的特点将运行数据分为三组,大负荷、平均负荷和小负荷时对应的运行数据,并以各负荷运行天数的多少来确定各组运行数据的权重;再运用Dempster-Shafer组合理论对AHP进行改进,综合专家意见确定指标的权重;最后给出了评价模型。实例分析表明,多组运行数据比单一运行数据的评估结果更能准确、全面地反映配网的经济运行状况,为电网的经济运行提供理论依据。
Because of the varying load situation, one-group operation data can't reflect the operation status of the power system in the different period of time. With the consideration of the wholeness of the evaluation, a new method which used the multi-group operation data and the double weights to evaluate the economical operation of the distribution system was proposed in this paper. The operation data was divided into three parts under different load conditions, the weights of the data was allocated based on the number of days with the load. The weights of the index were allocated based on the experts' opinion, and AHP was advanced by the Dempster-shafer theory. The results of an example analysis indicate that the evaluation which used the multi-group data can reflect the operation situation of the distribution system roundly and impersonally, and provide the theoretical references for the economical operation of the power system.
