摘要
在中温(35±1)℃条件下,采用以人工葡萄糖配水启动的厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)处理精对苯二甲酸(PTA)废水。试验结果表明,ABR反应器污泥经过50 d的驯化培养后,微生物对PTA具有一定的适应性,在连续运行阶段,COD去除率能保持在80%以上,TA去除率在70%至90%之间波动;污泥特性研究表明,各格室污泥呈黑色,粒径为0.5-2.0 mm,外形更紧致。VSS/SS变化较小,各格室污泥的F420含量随着运行时间的延长而提高,污泥活性仍然较高。
The treatment of Purified Terephthalic Acid ( PTA ) wastewater was investigated using anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR) under the mesophilic condition started with glucose water. The results showed that the COD remove rate could maintain above 80% , and the TA removal ranged from 70% to 90% , The sludge in each compartment was black with particle diameter of 0.5 - 2.0 mm. The sludge particle is compact with little change of VSS/SS. The F420 content of the sludge increased with the elongation of operation. And the sludge activity was high.
