摘要 在还原气氛下采用高温固相反应法合成了白光LED用(Ba,Sr)2SiO4∶Eu2+荧光粉.实验发现合适的反应条件可以得到发光强度较高的荧光材料,通过晶体场强度的调节,合成的荧光粉在一定波长范围内可调.随着钡锶比的减少,样品的发射主峰向长波方向移动;Eu2+浓度变化不但影响发射峰强度,而且还改变了发射峰位置. The phosphor for LED, (Ba,Sr)2SiO4:Eu^2+ , was synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction under reducing atmosphere. The experimental results indicate that the emission peaks of the phosphor move to longer wavelength along with the decrease of Ba/Sr ratio. The concentration of the doped Eu^2+ not only affects the emission intensity of the phosphor, but also influences the position of emission peak. During the preparation of the phosphor, the luminescent property is greatly affected by sintering temperature and reducing atmosphere. Excellent phosphor can be obtained by sintering it at about 1 350℃ in strong reducing atmosphere.
