摘要
用于评价聚合物技术性能的聚合物过滤系数测定仪 ,设计中采用了二级调压、滤板注塑成型和滤盖呈喷洒器结构等特殊技术。用该仪器进行的聚合物过滤系数测定和聚合物溶液渗滤性能评价实验表明 ,所设计的这套仪器密封性能可靠 ,恒压性能稳定 。
The polymer filtration coefficient meter is an important instrument to evaluate ploymer performance,developed and manufactured by Changqing Petroleum Exploration Bureau.The meter adopts a series special design such as two stage pressure adjusting,filtration board taking shape with injecting plastics,filtration cap is a spraying structure,shaped like an umbrella.The experimential results on detecting polymer filtration coefficient and evaluating filtration characteristics show that the meter is stable in pressure,good in gas tightness and high precision in test data. It has been a conventional meter to evaluate the compatibility of injected polymer solution with formation pore.
