摘要
文章以金融危机所产生的社会风险为出发点,在借鉴美国金融危机经验与教训的基础上,指出以社会保障保民生促发展是中国在危机中应该做出的正确抉择。
Based on the social risk arising from the financial crisis, this article learned from the USA＇ s experience and lessons, and pointed out that China should speed up the construction of social security system to guarantee the livelihood of citizens and promote the development of society.
