摘要 文章将结构方程模型理论应用到人力资源管理与企业绩效间作用关系的研究中,运用实证研究探索性地证实人力资源管理实践与企业绩效间的作用关系,为以后的研究提供了新思路与方法,为进一步明朗"黑箱"问题奠定了一定的基础。 This paper applies the theory of Structural Equation Model to the study of the linkage process between human resources management and firm performance, and proves the linkage process between them exploringly. At the same time, this paper provides the new method and way for the future reseach between them, and lays the foundation for clarifing the "black - box'.
