使用温度对B90催化剂催化性能的影响探讨

摘要 分析了丁烯氧化脱氢制丁二烯B90催化剂的性能和使用条件,认为B90催化剂使用温度过高是催化剂结碳和失活的主要原因,提出了将绝热式反应器改为换热式反应器的建议。 ? The properties and operational conditions of B90 catalyst for producing butadiene from oxidative dehydrogenation of butylene were analyzed in the present paper.From the analytical results,it was concluded that the over-high reaction temperature in the reactor was the main reason that caused the coke deposit and deactivation of the catalyst.It was suggested that the current adiabatic reactor should be replaced with heat exchange reactor so as to avoid the failures mentioned above.
