摘要
基层自治是社会主义民主政治的重要组成部分,同时也是我国政治体制改革及路径探求的重要内容,文章选择城市社区,民族地区农村社区的主题自觉和住房公积金中决策运行作为案例,揭示了城市社区、农村社区自治的有序性和成功性,分析了住房公积金管理中政府部分官员民主意识淡薄,委员会成员主人翁精神缺失问题。
The autonomy of grass root organization is a part of the socialist political democracy,as well as the important approach in political reform we are exploring.The author will use the housing deposit in urban community, in minority area, in rural area as cases to show the order and success of self-governing in these area, meanwhile, point out the little awareness of democracy in handling housing deposit among the local government officials, and the lack of the awareness to be a master.
