摘要 针对铜的原材料价格上涨,“铝代铜”成为制冷行业的发展趋势这一现状,研究了采用铜铝管制造的冷凝器、蒸发器及空调连接配管等.为提高铜铝管控制精度和焊接范围,在原有基础上采用了PLC与文本显示器相结合的方法进行控制,使焊接时间的控制精度由0.01S提高到0.001S;采用容量为50kVA的焊接线圈,扩大了焊机焊接范围,使其能焊接外径为6~20mm、壁厚为0.5~1.25mm的铜铝管.多年应用结果表明,铜铝管焊接质量稳定、优良. Due to the increase in material price of copper, there has been a trend for employing aluminum pipe instead of cooper pipe in refrigeration industry. Cu-Al pipe can be used to produce the condensers, evaporators and connect pipe for air-condition. In order to enhance the control precision of the welding period and extend the application range for the Cu-Al pipe welding machine, the PLC and TP04G text display control was adopted. Thus the control precision of welding period gets up to 0. 001 s from 0. 01 s. The application range of the Cu-Al pipe welding machine is extended by using the welding coil with a capacity of 50 kVA, where the copper and aluminum pipes with outside diameter of 6 to 20 mm and wall thickness of 0. 5 to 1.25 mm can be welded. The practical application shows that the welding quality of Cu- Al pipe is steady and excellent.
