摘要
基建档案涉及面广、时间跨度大、成套性强,具有参考借鉴、凭证依据的作用;当前高等院校基建档案管理收集难度大、归档材料和档案整理上存在质量问题;提出加强规范化业务培训、科学分类和编号、优化馆藏等加强高校基建档案管理的措施。
The construction archives usually cover a wide range of subjects with a tong span of time. They often have the sets of files which can be used as reference and credence to confirm. At present, to put the construction archives in collection is a hard job and the existing archived files are usually poor in quality. The paper suggests some proposals to complete internet - management, to enhance standardized operation training, to sort out the files chronologically and to optimize the collection.
