摘要
国有资产管理既是一项常规性工作,也是一项长期艰巨的工作。目前,高校国有资产管理,在教育体制改革进程中已出现新问题,各种经营实体的参与,多元化的竞争,经营性资产与非经营性资产如何划分等。只有通过建立统一的管理体制、统一分类、健全内部管理制度、强化审计监督措施加以解决。
The management of public properties is an everyday job as well as a long-standing project. New problems appear in the management in the new era of reform with the participating of varied enterprises, multiple competitions and the divisions between operating and non-operating properties. Solutions to such problems can be reached only with unified management, unified classifications, strict management systems and the strengthening of auditing and monitoring.
