摘要
政府制度创新是引导和推动经济社会发展的强有力杠杆,是当前构建社会主义和谐社会的关键。我国的服务型政府建设通过一系列的制度安排与制度创新,对行政服务制度的完整性、确定性与规范性进行了重新界定,有力地促进了社会的民主化、法治化、公正性、人性化、现代化与文明化,为实现和谐公共管理,进而实现"和谐社会"做出切实的贡献。
Institutional innovation of government is to guide and promote economic and social development of a strong lever, and it is crucial in building a socialist harmonious society. China＇s service-oriented government building through a series of institutional arrangements and institutional innovation redefines the integrity of the system of administrative services, regulatory certainty, vigorously promotes social democratization, legalization, impartiality, humanity, modernization and civilization, and makes effective achievements in the realization of a harmonious public administration so as to achieve a ＂harmonious society＂.
