摘要
半固态加工技术优点突出,已被成功的应用于镁、铝合金件的工业生产,一些研究者已经着手将该技术实验于钢铁材料成形,并取得了一定的进展。文章总结了国内外研究者在半固态加工技术方面取得的理论成果,以及钢铁材料半固态浆料的制备工艺,并在此基础上对钢铁材料半固态加工技术的发展趋势做了展望。
Semi-solid process exhibits prominent advantages, it has already been applied to industrial production of magnesium and Aluminum Alloy. At present, some researchers have begun to carry out this technology on iron and steel materials, and have gained a series of achievements. In this paper, the theoretical results about semi-solid process and semi-solid slurry preparation technology of iron and steel materials are summarized, and on the basis, the developing trend of semi-solid process of iron and steel materials are prospected in the paper.
